ICS PARTNERS is a specialised investment and services company focusing on upper mittelstand transactions. The company is an independent operator and wholly owned by its partners. ICS focuses on two fields of activity:

I. Investments
Taking the role of an active and entrepreneurially minded equity investor, ICS facilitates and oversees growth financing, industry consolidation concepts, changes in ownership, and restructurings. We offer the option of direct shareholding or individual mezzanine financing, as a rule above EUR 10m.

II. Services / Portfolio Management
As investor, ICS provides clients with its transaction experience combined with its operational industry and restructuring experience in the context of offering services or conducting portfolio management assignments or facilitating transactions. We make numbers and systems transparent, we reorganise companies? finance structure, oversee transactions from auditing to execution, and employ a hands-on approach that can and does include assuming operational responsibility in companies.

The ICS team is supported by a pool of experts consisting of specialised industry senior deal advisors. It can employ a broad and stable network. Everything we do is covered by ICS team members who have personally gained relevant experience.
